Studio classes are a wonderful way to introduce yourself to yoga, and build up your practice.
Although I’m taking a short hiatus from teaching in studios as I continue on my journey towards motherhood, I’d love to help you find the right studio for your needs!
Bliss YogaSpa has been my “happy place” for years, and is where I fostered and grew both my yoga practice and my skills as a teacher. They have a variety of classes and workshops and amazing teachers and staff!
Lifestyle Meditation Studio is a beautiful space to begin, or grow, your meditation practice. With classes of a variety of lengths and styles, Lifestyle’s gifted teachers will help you find peace in your busy day.

Private classes are a fantastic way to get personalized attention and work in a space that’s comfortable for you! As I head into my final month of pregnancy, I’ll be hitting the pause button on private classes for a short time, however I have a wonderful list of teachers who I can refer you to!

Although I don’t have any workshops scheduled at the moment, I’ll be offering Yoga Foundations again in the new year, as well as launching my new Mindful Mamas workshop!
Yoga Foundations – If you’re ever been intrigued by yoga, but have been too afraid to try, this is the course for you. I’ll teach you the fundamentals in a fun, relaxed group setting, where questions are not only welcome, but encouraged!
Together we’ll dispel everything that worries you about yoga.
You don’t have to hug trees (you can if you like.)
You don’t have to be able to touch your toes (or even see them!)
And most importantly… ain’t nobody gonna make you stand on your head! (It’s a beginners class! Not a trick!)
Mindful Mamas – As I’ve ridden the wave that is pregnancy over the last few months, I’ve leaned heavily on my mindfulness, meditation, and yoga practices to help me navigate the physical, mental, and hormonal changes. I can’t wait to be able to share some of the lessons I’ve learned with other mamas, and mamas-to-be!
